Bring: Overloads, Super Restores, Melee Armour, Melee Weapons, a range weapon, & bolts, (preferrably the best crossbow, the Chaotic Crossbow)
Talk To Mr.Ex (At ::Home, right of the Grand Exchange) And Select: Sara (1st Page)

Protect From Range (Bree), Mage (Growler), and Melee (Starlight), and Mage + Melee (Commander Zilyana)
Instructions:[]
Take Out the 3 Guards First, (Bree, Starlight, and Growler , As they will be a distraction while fighting Commander Zilyana. They use melee, magic and ranged so instead of killing Commander Zilyana, kill them first so they will not be dealing damage the whole time.
Drink Super restores and Overloads to get up prayer and Combat skills, and eat about every 2-3 hits. Without prayer, Commander Zilyana and her Guards can Multi-Hit or Combo you leaving you dead within seconds.
Important: Drink Overloads and start praying BEFORE you get there.
